My first job ever was in a grooming shop when I was 15 years old. I bathed, walked, and cared for both cats and dogs. I also in the past worked on a volunteer rescue horse ranch and at various humane shelters most of my life. I have cared for my German Shepherd for the past 13 years until she passed away from cancer recently. I still have a cat named Katina which I love dearly. She is 10 years old. I have had experience with training both small and large dogs volunteering at humane shelters. I also have experience caring for reptiles and birds as well. I love all animals and enjoy learning about and caring for various species. I currently am working only part time so I have plenty of time to care for and play with any dog or cat. I wanted to find something I could do for work but also love what I am doing so Rover seemed like the perfect place to start that journey. I have a dog park less than a mile from my home so your dog will be plenty entertained. For cats my home is pretty large with plenty of toys and a balcony for sunning.
