Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs since I was a young child. I started walking my pastor's dog when I was 10. Since then I have been pet sitting and dog walking for friends, family, and classmates. I started dog sitting more seriously after I watched my classmate's bulldog and daschund for the month of January in her home. I then began sitting for Rover- and now it’s been over three years! I am reliable, experienced, trustworthy, and I love working with pets! I have a flexible schedule so I can be with your pet at the time that they are used to and/or most need me. I was able to adopt a dog in 2020 thanks to my Rover income! I love taking care of my pet and yours.

Jessica and Her Family are wonderful!!! Jessica took excellent care of our cat while we went out of town for a few days. She was a great communicator, did everything we asked of her, and our kitty was a happy camper when we got home. I would definitely hire her in the future!
Jennifer took all the necessary steps to make sure Star was well taken care of. She sent updates while I was away. She has a nice spacious and modern place for my big dane to explore and couches for her to get cozy. Highly recommend.

I would like to know about a dog’s sociability - how do they react to other dogs or humans when we are on a walk? How can I best prepare for these encounters? Also prior to our meet and greet please describe to me how best to interact with your dog in a first-meeting situation.
A typical day
I love taking dogs to state parks and beaches! (Where they are allowed!) I love exploring Portland with your pets, too! I also don’t mind some good cuddles before, during, and after.
