Pet care experience
I have loved animals my entire life. One of my core child hood memories is this first time I went to a petting zoo! To this day I want to own my own goat some day! I grew up with two Shih Tzus, and have been surrounded by people with animals of all kinds. I am currently unable to own a pet but missed taking care of one and their sweet snuggles, so I decided to start taking care of other peoples pets! I’ve now gotten to care for dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, various fish, lizards, and ferrets! My goal is to make sure you feel secure that your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for. I want to make their day happier and take away the stress of worrying about your fur (or scaly/finned) baby being all alone. I can’t wait to take care of your pets!

When sitting/dropping in at the clients home I will of course ensure water/food is good to go, give the animals enough time to go potty, and try to spend several minutes playing, snuggling and interacting with the pet. I try to include pictures every day for when you are out of town, or per drop in. I also offer walks, and stay aware of temperatures and safety of pet when going on walks.

I like to keep your dog on schedule, so knowing their regular feeding time, when they go out, and when they usually get treats is all great info to know before hand. Also if your dog receives any medication, I am comfortable giving oral meds.
A typical day
I love taking pets on walks, letting them get that extra exercise in. Also playing games in side, like fetch or tug of war with them. Huge on the snuggles too.

I have a flexible schedule and can usually work around most routines. I can offer morning, afternoon, and evening walks/check ins, from 30 min- an hour, as well as overnight sitting.
