I honestly don’t have a preference on breed. I feel comfortable with all and have had experience with most. Before hand, I’d like to know the dogs age, triggers, allergies, if I’m allowed to give treats whether owner provided or provided by me (pending allergy results). Triggers typically include people, other dogs, cats, small animals, loud noises, genders, previous traumas etc. If I’m house sitting, then feeding schedules and potty break hours at minimum. It helps more specifically to know what kind of activities your pup prefers as well as specific behavioral traits. Would like to know how protective your dog is of your home and/or if they get excited and would attempt to push out the door. Honestly most of these things are easily handled and I can figure most of it out easily but more information the better!

Fully depends on the age and details you give me! I love taking dogs on walks and allowing them to explore safe areas. I typically try to view the area on maps ahead of time to pick appropriate routes. I believe walks should be as enriching to their lives as possible. Will absolutely play with toys, give treats/food/fresh water. I can brush your pup if requested (extra tip appreciated). We can practice commands if requested as well. Of course scratches/snuggles come without question. If I’m house sitting, then I look forward to just hangin out together after some good exercise.
