Jessica took our booking last minute. We had booked with someone else, but they didn't respond a few times before we even left, and so we ended up cancelling on the day of our trip. Jessica is such a trooper and responded with enthusiasm to our last-minute request, I had shared that I felt bad that I hadn't really celebrated Moco's (our lil Chihuahua Security guard :) birthday... and Jessica actually threw a b-day party for him!!!! Treats & gifts were bought out of Jessica's own pocket. So to say the care went "above and beyond" is an understatement. Jessica trained military dogs and was able to help Moco trust enough to share a water bowl with Jessica's beautiful pup. Moco had some food issues since before we became his family so we were blown away by this. It is so daunting leaving your beloved dog with a stranger, but we quickly realized that Jessica and her family felt like our own. We lit a few candles on our travels for this wonderful person. :) We would HIGHLY RECCOMEND - If you're lucky enough to get an availability that is! I would not hesitate to book again. Jessica was great! Sent us plenty of updates throughout the day and responded promptly. She took such great care of our 8 month old pup and we didn’t have to worry! Would recommend to anyone.
