Pet care experience
I have either owned or taken care of many pets throughout my 40 years, including dogs, cats, gerbils, hamsters, birds, chinchillas, snakes. I love animals of all sorts and care deeply about their well being. I also care deeply about how much YOU care about your fur babies and will respect any rules or preferences you have for your animal (ie: no dogs on the furniture, no bed sleeping, no human food, etc). I am the go-to pet sitter among friends and family.

Jessica provided a wonderful stay for our 1-year old pup. She was warm, kind, communicative, and flexible. She made us feel comfortable leaving for a couple days. We will DEFINITELY call on Jessica again the next time we go away and can't bring our pal.

I live in an animal friendly cozy one bedroom apartment by myself. I have a fully fenced in shared backyard, a dog park down the street and a very friendly beautiful neighborhood to walk around. I am happy to crate your dog if need be, and I am happy to provide as much playtime or enrichment with your animal as needed. I also have a car and can easily transport your animal should any sort of emergency arise.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs! Please let me know if your dog gets anxious and how you best soothe them when they are feeling anxious. Please also let me know if they do not typically get along with other dogs and if they are leash aggressive. These things are not a problem for me at all, but good to know up front so I can adjust my behavior and keep your dog happy and safe!
A typical day
I will provide as much love, stimulation and enrichment for your dog as is compatible with your dog! I love to go on walks, have indoor and outdoor playtime and live near a dog park I like to frequent (if you are ok with dog parks for your dog.)

I am available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays! I work a regular M-F 9-5 but from home Fridays and Tuesdays and sometimes whole weeks or other days depending on the week!
