I love dogs and have a dog of my own, Penny, a mini Australian Shepherd. We walk or run a lot as she is an active dog! She loves having company and playmates, once she says “hello” to them they will be her best friend! Penny can be a little territorial at first, but once she realizes dogs are here to play she relaxes. Meet and greets are a must before I take a new dog. If your dog has aggression or doesn’t get along with other dogs our place may not be a good fit. I live in a townhome and a nice neighborhood that has access for great areas to walk pups! In my home your dog is part of my world and family! They will be treated with respect and loved so much while you are away! Feel free to ask for a meet and greet to see if it will be a good fit! I have no doubt that you will feel comfortable leaving your dog to stay with Penny and I for a night or two or more. I do prefer a kennel for your dog or that they can be comfortable to be put in my guest room as when I am away as I want your dog and my dog to be safe. I am usually away from my home between 4-6 hours a day during the work week. I am happy to stop in and check on your dog or take them for a walk solo or with Penny as well! I am an animal lover and would be happy to give your Dog some love and TLC while you are away!
