Our experience was not good. Jessica had company to our house which normally would not bother us but this guest threw up on our porch at 1:00 AM. This showed up on our doorbell camera and I immediately sent a text to see what was up and got no reply. I sent another message the next morning and didn’t get an answer for 2 more hours. Jessica’s answer was “I’m sorry about that and will obviously clean it up.” She claimed it was a “trainee” who was in the neighborhood, couldn’t drive and stopped by to "chat her up”. With this odd exchange I decided to let Jessica know I was sending someone by to check on things as it I assumed the dogs were not getting much attention not to mention the doorbell camera still showed a pile of vomit on our porch 10 hours after the incident. Jessica’s response was that she was trying to get ready for work and would appreciate not having company. With the attitude I was getting I decided it was best to part ways with no hard feelings and her response was that I was being passive and “Happy Holidays.” I made no request for a partial refund as she made it for about 36 hours of a 4 day stay. I can’t imagine what the party plans were for Saturday. When we got home we found that not only did she leave the pile of vomit on the porch but we realized that someone had also thrown up in our living room and only partially cleaned it up. We had to throw out pillows, deep clean the couch and replace the living room rug. Had Jessica been upfront with us and at least cleaned up the vomit I would not be submitting this review as odd things can happen. After getting home and clearly smelling vomit in the house I reached out for her to tell us where it was so that we could concentrate on that rather than a top to bottom sanitization of the living room. She did not respond. She clearly has a lot of positive reviews but the very few negative ones she does have have seem to show a reoccurring theme. I wish I would have read all of them before hiring her, it turned out to be an expensive 36 hours and it is really frustrating cleaning up a strangers vomit.

Jessica is always awesome with Nyla, our 80 lb pit bull who needs lots of meds! She’s also very responsive, taking away a lot of the stress of leaving my pup. So glad to have had her stay with our girl.
