Show up when you say so or you'll be dropped. We booked for 5 am since my husband and i are both military--unfortunately my husband made a mistake and slept through his alarm. He wasn't able to drop off until 8 am. After staying in contact and keeping them updated about the situation, we were dropped from all bookings including that days. Our 2 month old had to be kenneled for 7 hours bc of this. Highly unsatisfied, we wish we would've booked someone more forgiving of human error and less juvenile and spiteful.

It’s hard for my wife & I to leave our pups when we travel but Jessica & Charles we’re the perfect people to leave our furry family members with. They gave us daily updates and pictures. They understood our dogs needs very well and we’re able to give them all the love and attention they needed. I will continue to trust Jessica & Charles to watch my pups every time I travel and I know my dogs will be very happy with them, just as they were this last trip. My dogs had their own vacation here in Jessica & Charles’ home while I had one out of state. It is worth every dime just to have the peace of mind, it is priceless to know my dogs are safe, loved and having a blast. Thank you Jessica & Charles!!!
