Jessica is simply amazing. This was the first time I've had to be away from my little chihuahua for a week, so I was feeling anxious and nervous. Jessica put my nerves at ease. She takes the time to listen and answers any questions you have at anytime. She even took the time to come to my house a couple of days before my trip so I could go over everything with her and that made me feel even more at ease. While I was in Alberta and with the three hour time difference...I woke up every morning to pictures, videos and an update which was so nice. My chihuahua Bruce is not used to being away from me. Jessica spent so much time with him and was so patient that after a couple of days Bruce was cuddling up with her on the couch to watch TV and having fun playing with his favourite toys with her 🥰 When I got home Jessica was there with a big smile to welcome me and Bruce so happy and excited. The house was very clean and tidy. She even washed the bedding so it was clean and fresh for me. She also put together some glass doors on a cabinet in the dining area that I hadn't gotten to yet. It looks so nice!! I couldn't believe she did that for me! This was my first time with an in-home dogsitter, and as nervous as I initially was...Jessica made this such a positive experience for both Bruce and myself. All I can say is "Thank You" 🙂
