Pet care experience
When I was a kid, my mom worked at a pet store, so it always seemed like we had a zoo. At one point in time we have had dogs, cats, rabbits, iguanas, snakes, rats, finches, guinea pigs, ferrets, and gerbils. Other members of my family always had dogs, so I became very familiar with caring for dogs from being a sitter when they would go on vacations. I am very patient with animals, so if there is any need for special care with food or medication, I can handle it. I have a lot of experience with giving pill and liquid medication.

I live in an apartment, but it is pet-friendly and there are some parks nearby as well. My partner is a dog magnet. They always tend to navigate towards him and he welcomes it every time, so they will definitely have an extra friend. We have 3 cats, and they are okay with the presence of dogs but tend to just avoid them.

I think it is important to know your pets personality. Are they shy or very friendly? Do they want lots of cuddles or prefer more space? Are they easily stressed? Are they very active or do they just like casual strolls? Any food preferences or restrictions? Tell me everything!
A typical day
We can walk around the neighborhood for a casual and safe environment, or we can go explore some parks. If it is a particularly nice day I am open to finding some trails to explore. Because I am new to the area, it is my goal to get to know your pet while also getting to know the area better as well. We can explore together!
