My dog had some stomach issues which I believed to be resolved but was not when I left but I did leave a note expressing he had some issues earlier and left things needed in case it wasn't resolved. Sitter arrived 30+ min late and was upset with having to clean up when he had a VERY rare accident in his kennel. She also expressed irritation at heating up pre-made rice in the microwave (due to upset stomach). My dog did have some mild anxieties at the beginning with a brand new person and sitter was overwhelmed and became very very upset with me. I then elected to terminate the stay prior to completion. She seemed to want more emotional support and validation from me during the stay and our communication didn't align. So, I would ensure you understand the sitter's needs and expectations and that it is something you can accommodate while away.

Jessica is such a great match for our two high-energy medium/large dogs! She gave them ample opportunities for sniffing and exploring on their walks and kept me updated on how things went. She is very responsive and attuned and our pups love her!
