Very communicative, nice and friendly.

Scam artist. Get cameras. Only there for a quick buck. In and out. Get cameras for your home. Caught her on camera. She does not provide the service she is paid to do. Doesn’t stay the full time, in a huge rush (came for 5 minutes when she was paid for 30 minutes). Checks in hours late (9 hours late one day, 7 hours late another day). She is directly untruthful about it all, too. Checks in when she isn’t at the home. Doesn’t fill water doesn’t do litter. Doesn’t follow provided instructions. Doesn’t give pets attention. Caught on audio saying, “why are you acting starving” on the day she was 9 hours late. House reeked when came back in town. Litter all around, not maintained and litter boxes full of poop and pee, not scooped. Allowed her kids to mess around with our personal items. One of her kids mishandled our elderly cat with kidney disease. Sad, because all of her customers don’t know the service they are truly getting. Fortunately, we have cameras (which we even told her about). When confronted, she provided a generic response, didn’t take ownership, and she recommended we find someone new. The only positive for Jessica was her prompt communication.
