She stayed at my house a total of 4 hours and was gone for more than 5. She arrived a few minutes before 8 am and left at 10 am. She came back 3 hours and 15 minutes later and stayed only 2 hours. She came back 2 hours later. I didn’t pay for drop ins. I paid for a full day of pet sitting which is not what I received. When I questioned her about it, she directed me to rover. Since she clearly didn’t want to pet sit my dog I asked her to leave. Had I not had corner to corner cameras on my house I never would have known what she was doing when it came to her lack of pet sitting my dog.

We finally found our pet sitter! It can be a real struggle to find just the right person to care for your pets and give you peace of mind while you are away. Jessica came over a few days before we left to meet and discuss our plans and needs for the dogs. She confirmed our appointment, arrived on time, and was very professional. It was so comforting to receive photos of our fur babies while we were away and get updates too. She is great at communicating and genuinely loves animals. We will not hesitate to call her again for our next getaway!
