Hi there, your pups new best friend here! I believe that every dog is a good dog. I’ve been a sitter for years, and have cared for dogs of all temperaments and sizes, from 4lb poodles to big ol’ Bull Mastiffs. Each and every one I loved as though they were my own. I go out of my way to make all pets feel at home and comfy when they are with me. My dogs Beethoven and Phoebe are the happiest part of my day, so I understand how hard it can be to leave your pets with someone else. My number one goal is that my clients feel confident that their pets are just as happy and safe while they're with me as they would be at home. We love walks (and runs if they do too!) as we live in a highly walkable area. In-home sitting is not a problem at all either! I am available if your pet needs some overnight company while you are away or just to drop by and have a visit! I love working with all dogs on general commands such as sit, lay and rollover so don't be surprised if your furry friend learns a new trick while you're away. Pictures and videos will be sent regularly so you can be sure your pup(s) are having a great pup-cation! I have volunteered for a dog shelter called HoundHaven which helps to rehome Labrador Retrievers who have been abandoned or mistreated. I worked with socializing, cleaning, and administering medicine to the dogs to help get them back in a loving home! Walks were a number one favorite and pet clean up was a must. I am very active when it comes to the welfare of animals and always make a point to help animals in need when possible! I live with my husband who is an avid dog lover as well! We do not have any children besides our two wonderful pups. He has also had a love for animals growing up and is a wonderful "dog dad” and a great sitting assistant!
