I’ve had and taken care of cats ever since I was 2 years old. My first job was in 6th grade - dog walking for the neighbor. I’ve been around dogs and cats together. My parents relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and train the first dog of my own when I was in 7th grade! My roommates have all had animals that I’ve lived with and I even trained two baby kittens to walk on a leash for a short time! I give my animals frequent breaks, and use positive reinforcement to encourage good behaviors.

I set up my home based on your pet(s) needs. I have an unfenced yard and can take walks with a leash or bring your dog(s) to your dog park of choice for off-leash socializing. For cats specifically, I have a litter box for training (provide a shirt or set of clothing) or you would provide the one with your home’s smells for further potty training encouragement/separation anxiety. At dog walking and drop-in visits, I will be following their direction and being respectful of crating or cleaning up after the pet, if needed. I do research breeds and observe the environment, so I will be sure to be providing the best care that they need.

I have a part time job Mon thru Fri, and off work Sat and Sun, so I’ll have plenty of time to pet sit, walk, play and take care of animals, based on your request and accommodation needs.
