I love pets of all kinds, large and small! Our family has had dogs, rabbits, hamsters, fish, and a Guinea pig (which is the only thing that's ever made me sneeze, but I recently cared for a friend's pig and it was fine). I've never had a cat, but have cared for cats of friends many times! I'm a teacher by profession, but for the last few years I have been working as a tutor and a homeschool teacher. Right now I have no full-time students, so I thought I'd try pet care. My home is in the heart of Metairie, convenient to I-10 and Causeway Blvd. Our home is full of pet-friendly people - myself, my husband and 2 boys, age 13 and 11, our beagle mix named Scooby, and a sweet little rabbit in an outdoor enclosure who's quite used to excited puppies visiting. We've hosted pets of friends in our home many times, and would love to meet yours too!
