I've worked at several canine care facilities as a supervisor in three states over the course of five years and am proficient in training as well as facilitating safe play and exercise. My boyfriend is also experienced in the canine care field, and we have opposite schedules, as I am only out of the house for school at night Monday-Wednesday, and he is a teacher and is home before I leave. We live in an active and very dog friendly neighborhood and take lots of walks to ensure that they get enough activity and attention while they spend time away from home! I am comfortable with short or long-term stays, dogs with special or medical needs, high energy or older dogs, having plenty of experience through my previous job which allowed me to dog-sit through the company. I live in a clean, spacious house with a fenced-in yard. I am an avid hiker, and enjoy taking dogs for long walks to give them the proper amount of exercise for their breed and age. My knowledge of dog's behavior and medical needs through five years of supervisory positions in canine care companies sets me apart from those whose career lives are not centered around dogs.
