My family and I have rescued animals since I was little. Personally, I have owned and cared for several cats and dogs. I have been professionally caring for pets for about six years now. I love spoiling fur babies as much as I am allowed! I was a nanny for almost 20 years previously. Caregiving is what I do best! Looking forward to meeting you and your little loves.

When we needed 6 months of boarding full time for our 2 cats, Jesse stepped in and saved us. She made her home a kitty wonderland and loved our babies as if they were her own. We knew they were in great hands. They truly adore her and she comes to visit them often. We don't exist when she is around! Jesse will pamper, spoil and genuinely love your babies when they are in her care. Thanks again Jesse for being our kitties' favorite human!
Jesse has cared for my three dogs on several occasions. She stays in my home to care for my elderly shih tzu with special needs and some separation anxiety. My two other pups are lower maintenance but sure do love the extra attention. She is clearly an animal lover and all three dogs are beyond excited to see her show up (even after sulkily hiding in my suitcase while I attempt to pack). She also took great care of my home and brought in mail and packages as well as kept an eye on things during the cold snap over the holidays - we were gone for two weeks and she made sure everything was a-okay upon our return. She also kept us up-to-date on how the dogs were doing and sent plenty of photos of doggies in snuggle mode. Highly recommend Jesse for pet sitting, especially if you need someone for a longer duration.
Jesse has been nanny for our 3 dogs for several years and we consider her part of our family! She is mature, reliable and very good with our 3 boys (an English Bulldog, a rescue that is Whippet/Pit Bull mix, and an Entlebucher Swiss Mountain dog). She has stayed at our house for short periods (weekends) and up to 9 days at a time. We value knowing our boys are in good hands and our house is being watched while we are gone.

I prefer to have directions left for me in writing. I’m very careful about following guidelines left for me! It helps to have a list to refer back to. For pet sitting this should include special behaviors I may need to note, typical schedule, feeding amount and schedule, your pet’s favorite activities or toys, vet information and a number where I can reach you in case of emergency. (wifi network and password are appreciated as well) I leave your home as clean or cleaner than when I arrived. I may ask for access to laundry facilities to wash sheets and towels that I have used. I will not invite others to your home without your expressed consent. I lock all doors when in your home and if I should leave as well. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have! I’ll be happy to address your concerns.

A typical day
I’m not sure there is a typical day when pet sitting. Each animal is different and I like to tailor activities to suit them. I have a very good throwing arm for fetching! Love going in walks on the greenway or going to the dog park. Cuddles are my favorite though. Expect lots if photo updates too!

I work part time during the day. So, I have plenty of extra time to help others! Available on days I work part time, as long as pets can wait 4-8 hours to be let out.
