Hi, I’m Jesse! I’m a full-time traveler exploring the U.S. with my black lab Samantha and my special needs cat, Scout. I offer reliable drop-in visits, potty breaks, feeding, and dog walking—perfect for when you need someone to check in and give your pets some company and care while you’re away. Before life on the road, I owned a dog grooming salon for over six years. On average, we saw about 15 dogs a day, so I’ve worked with thousands of dogs over the years—big, small, young, old, anxious, playful—you name it. That experience taught me how to read animal behavior, earn trust quickly, and handle all kinds of personalities with patience and confidence. I don’t offer overnight stays or boarding, but I take pride in being dependable, gentle, and attentive. A typical day
Every day starts with caring for my own pets, so I’m already in the rhythm of feedings, potty breaks, and morning walks. I'm new to Rover, but I'm not new to animals and have been caring for them for decades. When I check in on your pet, I make sure they get that same attention—whether it’s a stretch-their-legs walk, playtime, or just companionship and affection. For dogs, I love going on calm neighborhood walks or exploring shaded paths when it’s warm. I bring treats (if allowed), fresh water, and always keep safety first. If they’re playful, we’ll throw a ball or enjoy some tug-of-war. If they’re more laid-back, I’m happy to sit beside them and keep them company. Cats get gentle attention too—fresh food, clean litter, soft pets if they’re open to it, and a calming presence in their space. I always respect their comfort zone. You can count on updates, photos, and a happy pet when you return!
