Pet care experience
My family and I have had dogs, cats and other animals my whole life, so I have a big soft spot for all animals. I am not a current dog owner, but I do have a kitty named Mendel. I have dog sat for puppies to adult to senior doggies on several occasions both at my home (and previous homes) and also at the home of the owner - all for friends and friends of friends and neighbors and Rover friends, like you! I am strong, so can handle heavier dogs while walking. I am a yoga instructor & work PT from home and am home a lot. We will go on walks frequently and for a while, usually. If you're dog is good off leash, they'll have a blast with other pups in the hood and if not, then they will still have a good time as we will stop and play whenever they want (just leashed) :)

Jesse is a lifesaver! We had been panicking a little because we needed a puppy sitter and were extremely nervous about leaving little Joni during her formative months. Thankfully, we got connected with Jesse, who was able and excited to watch Joni. At the time of the stay Joni was 3.5-4 months, and was/is still very much a puppy, which is no joke. Jesse is such a positive, lovely lady. She sent us tons of videos, photos, and texts, and we were shocked at how much more mature Joni was at her return. We can’t thank her enough, and would recommend her completely! We would totally be a repeat customer, should we ever need a dog sitter again. She is the best!

Jesse was amazing! Luna is a sweet dog once she overcomes her initial shyness. Jesse was kind and loving and was able to make Luna comfortable enough to be her usual happy self. They went on walks at the beach, which Luna loves. Jesse was also very flexible in drop and pick up times, which was great for me. I highly recommend Jesse and I would definitely leave Luna under her care again.
Honestly I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jesse. Bentley has stayed with her multiple times now and she treats bent as if she were her own. I've used Rover a ton and I use Jesse on repeat because I can tell how much she loves her.

A typical day
We will spend the afternoon in Golden Gate park, running around, playing fetch and enjoy the sunshine or fog. We will go for walks along the beach and if your dog is friendly with other dogs, they can enjoy the opportunity to play with other dogs on the beach or in the park. Your dog will have the opportunity to have some freedom in our fenced in backyard accessible from our back door and is securely gated.
