Greetings! I am looking for dog owners with dogs who need to get their steps in! I'm always on the move, and what isn't better with a dog? I have my own 2 huskies I hike and walk with frequently, so high energy breeds welcome! If your dog needs some leash work, no problem. I have experience teaching many dogs to relax and enjoy the walk. Leisurely strolls also available for senior and small breeds. If you think your dog needs a longer walk, I can certainly get him or her more exercise. I frequently hike Brady's Run Park, and can take your dog out on trail. I usually work from home from my small farm in Chippewa, and have a fairly open schedule. Also available holidays! I am looking forward to meeting your four footed friends!

No breed preferences here! In getting to know your dog, It would be very helpful for me to know if your dog is ok around other dogs, people, or children. Or if there are any situations or objects that may cause an abrupt change in demeanor (cars? Squirrels? People wearing hats?) It's also helpful to know any bad habits your dog may exhibit, so I can be prepared to handle them.
A typical day
I love teaching dogs to enjoy being outside and behave well on leash. I love bringing dogs home from a walk and seeing them promptly nap! I hike a lot of trails and local parks. Time and length can be tailored to your dog's ability and needs. I mostly walk, but i've been known to jog a mile here and there.
