If you're looking for a patient, responsible, and flexible caregiver for your pet - Jess is perfect! My dog Finley hates when I leave for more than a few hours, and has a history of being destructive as a result to his separation anxiety. When I left for an out of town trip, I remember providing 3 pages of instructions and tips/tricks for her when watching my dog (I think I was more anxious than he was!). Jess responded to my anxious planning in a way that made me feel heard and comfortable - instead of feeling guilty for potentially overwhelming her. When she came over to meet him and review the notes with me, she took on each step without any hesitation, asking questions along the way to make sure she really understood his typical routine. While I was gone, she was kind enough to send me pictures and updates of how comfortable he was with her - including pictures of them walking (something I was nervous for!). She was so kind and patient with both of us, it really allowed for me to focus on my trip and actually enjoy myself!
