Jess was absolutely great! Pups seem happy to have had some company for the day, and everything was left as it was. 110% recommended!

Jess did a great job housesitting and staying with our dog over spring break in March for us. She has great communication and kept us updated throughout our trip. It makes it much easier to be away from home, knowing everything is taken care of!

The first I’ve booked and now, for the future, the only. I will be utilizing Jess’s services indefinitely! My pets fell in love with her and were so well taken care of. Jess followed our schedule to a T and was very caring and compassionate. I’m afraid my pets loved her so much that they might’ve forgotten me! She was in constant communication with us and voiced any questions without hesitation.

Safety, trust & environment

I am able to provide safe and trustworthy care to your pets out of your own home. I believe in-home pet sitting is the least stressful way to care for your pets while you’re away. And it’s not just about taking care of your pets, but taking care of your home too! At least one meet and greet is required prior to trips in order to become fully acquainted with your pets. For reactive pets - we can come up with an action plan and several meet ups at no extra charge to you. Please provide several weeks notice when booking to allow plenty of time to make this happen!

Information Jess P. would like to know about your pet

Does your pet take daily medication, or need calming medication for certain situations? Any food/medication allergies to be aware of? Any reactivity (strangers or men, dogs, cats, children, kennel or food aggression)? Does your pet like or dislike car rides?

A typical day

I work 4-5 days a week, anywhere from 6-10 hour days. I can visit pets during my hour as long as location permits. On my time off I like to go for walks, skateboard rides, car rides, and go for a coffee and a pup cup. Or on a rainy day I love to get comfy on the couch and snuggle up with all my furry friends. I prefer to walk on bike trails, on-leash parks, or quiet neighborhoods to ensure everyone’s safety. Please let me know if your pet does not do well in the car, or if you’re uncomfortable with them being in the car. My car is equipped with a backseat hammock and seatbelt restraints to keep pets safe!

Please be aware I do work full-time as a veterinary assistant. For drop-in clients, please be patient with me and scheduling as it is a new process to me! And thank you in advance! My schedule varies from 6-10 hour shifts and on different days of the week. On my longer shifts, I am able to stop in for a potty break and visit on my lunch hour. If your pet can’t be alone for long periods of time, please let me know in advance! I am always willing to try to make our schedules work together.
