If this is a conflict or a problem please let me know ahead of time if you’re close by and I can request off for certain days. If you need me to be there almost the entire time you MUST sent a request no later than 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise, book as usual. I try my best to be as flexible as I can be and accommodating. Also, If no formal meet and greet is sent for a client to confirm or deny, then there is NO meet and greet scheduled. I have provided some information that might be useful for you when considering me as your professional luxury pet sitter & dog walker below. Enjoy! PLEASE READ ENTIRE PROFILE/BIO BEFORE BOOKING. THANK YOU! Why hire me? - I’ve been in business since 2017. - I have had roughly 20+ repeat clients in the last three years and that number continues to grow as I gain more clients. - I believe that our furbabies should be treated like family and given the best care possible. - Meet and greets prior to finalizing a booking to make sure everyone is comfortable and secure with me are REQUIRED. - I love going for walks/exercise just like your dogs/pets do! - I AM certified in Dog and Cat first aide through Red Cross. - I have taken care of a variety of animals as well as dogs. Such as cats, chickens, roosters, fish, mini ponies etc. - You're helping a local entrepreneur achieve her dreams! - I communicate often and send tons of pictures and videos! - I document pretty much almost everything I do via pictures or video and send them to the client so there’s no concern. - If at an overnight for a few days and I have some time I will try and leave the home I am sitting at cleanly and neat. I.e. If I have time I try to take off the sheets I use and put them in the washer to be washed or wash them myself at a clients (if allowed) if a client has one and will write notes about what I did. - I let you know if there’s any issues at all and document them, pet or house related. - I love animals of all shapes and sizes and think they deserve the best care as if they were my own. I currently am looking for clients who need repeat walks or drop ins at this time, any time in the morning ideally, overnights are still okay, but please try to plan in advance for either! I prefer at least 2-3 days notice for walks or bookings for drop ins so that we may have a meet and greet prior to any booking.( This is referenced again further down my profile.) Additional info: As stated above, I will do my best to reply as soon as I can as I work full time. Sun.-Thurs. in the evenings. If you should want to book during those days/times please keep reading “during the cold months” section down below and for more important information. The cold months: (Dec. Feb./possibly march?) Possible car concern: I do not have 4 wheel drive. If needed I can possibly get a ride from my dad who does have 4 wheel drive as a solution. Basically, I will do whatever it takes to get the job done! If it is snowing I will do my best to be there but if something should come up or I get stuck, I still will do it somehow someway. (I’ve never had to do this BUT) If for some reason I absolutely cannot find a way out of the situation of being stuck or it’s dangerous, I will try to help you find an alternative as a last resort also. But 99% of the time I do my best to find a solution to any problem I have to get the job done to meet expectations. Majority of the time I don’t really have any issues in this area but is just a heads up. Side story during snow: Once I had a client and it was snowing, wasn’t aware that it was snowing and there was no way I could cancel or find an alternative sitter. I did the booking per schedule, and found that it was too icy to drive up the mountain where they lived. I was about 1-2 miles away from the house so I parked at the bottom where I felt I couldn’t or wouldn’t get stuck and walked up the mountain to do the drop in and let them out. Client was happy and impressed! I am available mostly for drop ins at any time between 8am -12pm to possibly 1-1:30pm depending on your location. This varies depending on schedule but when booking we can discuss availability.) I will accept overnights during those days or any other time during the week (assuming my calendar says I’m available) that I work at my other job as long as you don’t mind me working my other job. If for some reason this isn’t okay, please let me know as far in advance as you can as this is first come first serve. If you should need me to stay for the entire duration (i.e. try not to leave at all unless I need a necessity such as more food, something for your pet, etc.) and are not okay with me working another job please try to plan at minimum 7 days (if it’s absolutely last minute) to ideally 2 weeks in advance for me to take off from my full time job. Thank you! IMPORTANT UPDATE ON MILEAGE RANGE: If you are over 45 minutes to 60+ minutes away or outside of my mileage range, gas is not covered in your fee at this time. I have also lowered my mileage range by about 10 miles. So this should not be an issue. If you’d like to cover gas mileage you’re more than welcome to, but it is OPTIONAL and not expected. This will be gone over at meet and greet. If at any time you are unsure or uncomfortable please by all means be honest and tell me so that I may accommodate you to the best of my ability. Also, if you are unsure or uncomfortable or I don’t meet your standards please don’t hesitate to support another small business luxury pet sitter! REPEAT CLIENTS: If you are over my mileage I am still willing to help! Message me anytime. Communication: I do my best to communicate and update often, typically I try to text back immediately but sometimes that doesn’t always happen. If you should book during the time I’m at work, I will contact you as soon as I get time to read your message/ at my earliest convenience. Thank you for your patience in advance. Per the one and only disappointed review I’ve gotten, I now put my driving indication on so it should send a text that I’m driving and will text as soon as I get there. Often times I can message or call regardless and try to, to the best of my ability. If there should be an issue I will try to let you know immediately to the best of my ability. COVID-19 NOTE: * I am fully vaccinated and can provide proof if needed. * Disclaimer: Prices are subject to change over time. Helpful hints prior to booking: - If you’re not from the area 1 emergency contact is okay, but if you have 2-3 that’s ideal. - I like both hand written notes and detailed Rover notes which include: emergency contact info, cell phone info, if there’s no service there or something happens to my phone Wi-Fi info to keep in contact either guest or personal, vet information, if your pets are vaccinated&when, any behaviors they have that are quirky or I should know about including good and bad behaviors. Written/signed note verifying I am authorized to take them to the vet in an emergency (I’ve never needed to use this *knock on wood* but it’s to cover all bases.) Please let your local/regular vet know that I will be in charge of your pets care while away for safety and security. If you have a key instead of a keypad please try to invest in a lockbox with a combination system, if you have an old fashioned key. If you live in the country it’s not as big of a deal but it is a security issue, and I always want to make sure your pets are safe and secure should I need to run out somewhere or work my other job.
