Jess and her whole family were some of the most genuine people I've met. Coco (my dog) was having health issues before I dropped her off at Jess's house. I informed Jess on Coco's condition, but she had no problem taking Coco. After Coco had spent some time at her house, Jess realized that she needed to go the veterinarian and called to let me know. I was so busy with work that Jess called multiple hospitals for me to get the most immediate appointment. She and her mother took Coco to the hospital, waited for me there, and stayed for the entire appointment. After Coco was diagnosed with a UTI, I let Jess know that I understood if she couldn't take Coco anymore. Although I was ready to take my dog home, Jess insisted that Coco needed more monitoring that I could give her at the time, and she was happy to allow Coco back to her house, regardless of the extra medicine and assistance needed. Coco was treated like their own dog and I am so grateful to have met such a caring family.
