Pet care experience
I have had a variety of animals my entire life; dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds, fish, hamsters, horses, turtles. I love and cherish every animal that I come into contact with. I have trained animals and administered medication when needed. Working with animals is a joy I’ve had all of my life.

Jess did a wonderful job caring for Madison. She gave detailed visit reports and lots of pictures. I could tell a big difference in Madison when I got home. She was a lot happier to have had Jess'company.
Jess did an excellent job dropping in on our dog Freida. Freida was comfortable with her right away. Jess provided visit summaries with lots of photos. We will definitely call on her again.
Frieda is cautious with new people, but she took too Jess right away. Jess communicates well and sends lots of photos too. I highly recommend her.
Jess is the best, she’s a fantastic communicator!

*I am COVID-19 vaccinated* I do have a fenced in yard and lots of room to run around. My dog Mojo is very friendly and loves to play with every animal he comes in contact with. He’s also really good with our 2 year old child. Any dog I would bring into my home needs to be good with children, other dogs and cats (we have 2 cats also). Everyone in this house is an animal lover and loves to play and interact with them.

I do not have any breed preferences. I love them all. Things I would like to know are : temperament, anything they like or dislike, how they do around others; animals and humans, any quirks, what you the owner do not allow them to do; jumping on the sofa, no treats, etc.
A typical day
The first walks will be around the neighborhood so the dog(s) and I can get a feel for each other. Then afterwards I will take them to parks and/or dog parks (if owners are ok will that). We will play fetch, with other dogs, just go for walks, whatever the dog is in the mood for. I try to read the animal first because just like us humans, they have days where they don’t want to do much or days that they want to go, go, go.
