Pet care experience
I have had and been around animals my whole life (dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, etc). I have helped raise 3 puppies and I took care of my rabbit for 10+ years (5th grade-college). I have dog sat for friends and families, and also have tended to farm animals.

Jess was responsible for my foster's. Momma and her 4, 7wk old puppies. She recommended a friend of hers to watch my 4 adult dogs. The 2 groups of dogs had to remain separate from each other witch was done well. Puppies are a lot of work and I believe they were a little more that Jess & her friend expected and they expressed that to the Rescue that I was fostering for. Although not much time was spent with my 4 adult dogs (didn't care for that), they did notice that one of the puppies was not well and let me know, which I am hugely thankful for. They took him to the hospital at 1am and were out with him until 5 or 6 in the morning. Again, I and the Rescue were truly truly truly grateful. There was a bit of a mess left when I got home. My dogs tore up a pillow on the couch and it was left on the living room floor. I also had 57 ( I have 65 towels due to fostering so many puppies) dirty towels with puppy poop and pee to wash when I came home. I will chalk that up to being young & inexperienced. Jess is a nice young lady and I believe would do very well with dogs other than puppies.

Jess is AMAZING around animals. She has taken care of all three of my pets (two dogs, cat) before and they always seems so happy after it. She is great with them and I don’t think i would recommend anyone else to pets it for

A typical day
I will be flexible on what activities I will do depending on the pet(s) and what they are capable of. I am a very active person and I hike around Cedar City a lot. I am willing to take requests for specific activities. Generally, I can walk your pet (neighborhood, park, etc) as much as they need it, I can also take them on a run, I can come up with all sorts of games to play with them (hide and seek, catch, tug of war, etc) and try to teach them some new tricks.
