I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was 14 years old. I love critters of all kinds but my favorites are cats and dogs. I pay a lot of attention to my cats and dogs needs so that they can the fulfilling and amazing life they deserve. I love taking dogs for walks, playing with cats and snuggling all kinds of animals!

Jess took great care of Koko! I could tell from the photos that he was thrilled to see her when she visited. He can be a bit of a messy eater, but I noticed that his eating area was immaculate when we returned home.
Jess was great to work with! She took good care of our kitties when we were gone including giving meds and monitoring eating. Would book again!

I have a fenced in yard, a friendly 50 lb Australian shepherd Coonhound mix who loves to play with other dogs and gets along well with cats. I also have 2 friendly cats to keep your pet company that are very good with other pets. The cats mostly sleep and have their fair share of zoomie time throughout the day but love to snuggle. I have a lot of playpens and gates to keep pets apart if needed or to contain. I crate my dog at night so she stays safe. I take my dog on plenty of walks throughout the day and I do the same with the dogs I watch. I provide lots of water, toys and love as well.

Let me know if there are any particular things you are trying to get your dog or cat to do training wise or behavior wise so I can correct as I am watching them. Also let me know if your pet is attracted to certain things in the house or on walks so I can steer them clear. Also let me know if your dog has had any issues with other dogs or animals so I can stay alert while on walks!
A typical day
My dog and the dogs I watch can expect play time and a walk every 2 hours or so, when they aren’t on a walk I try to give them a puzzle, chew or some sort of enrichment. I am very interested in dog training sessions to get them moving and their brains busy. Walks are also great, my neighborhood is very dog-friendly and there are plenty of places to explore! I also enjoy driving about 5 minutes away to paths around boom island park and the river. It’s nice to let them see other locations!

Availability
I currently work from home so I can accommodate a lot of needs. My dog is an active 1 year old Aussie mix so we frequently go outside during breaks between meetings to potty, play fetch, go for a walk and do some training. I try to spend no more than 2 hours away from home a day so that the dogs don’t stay alone too much!
