Hello Fellow Dog&Cat Owners, My name is Jess, I'm 31 years old, have big love for animals, and high respect for your dogs' needs & your home. I currently have a flexible work schedule and have time to pick back up a rover practice (have experience caring for many pets via this service as well as for friends and family in the past). I live in southeast Bend with my two dogs, Chance & Gordo, our 5 chickens, and my partner. Chance is an 11 year old golden retriever that I rescued when she was 4 years old - and Gordo is 2 years old and was rescued locally via Street Dog Heros (he's originally from Tulum, Mexico!). Gordo has taught me a lot about the needs of anxious and nervous dogs, and the importance of respecting dogs' space and building trust over time. I also have professional training handling dogs from working at a Veterinary clinic (for 3 years) when I was younger. I have also volunteered at various SPCA's and have worked with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Would be honored to give your pup (or cat) an extra walk or extra love throughout the day!
