Jess has helped me too many times to count when it came to needing someone to walk my dog or simply play with my dog. My dog is the most important thing in my life and I do not just trust anyone to take care of him. Jess is a kind hearted person with compassion for dogs; She is very responsive, flexible with scheduling and will not let you down. My dog absolutely loves her and yours will too!

I always put the animal first. When I have pets in my home, I don't take care of me until the animal is taken care of. I will hold your animals to the same standard. They are the priority, and I will make sure they're 100%. I'm happy to send pics or video chat so you have a chance to know that your animal is in capable hands!

I'm incredibly detail oriented and this applies to your pet! What's their favorite thing to do? Do they have a favorite snack? Any behaviors or training you'd like us to work on while we're together? Where is their favorite place to go? What makes them skittish? Anything they're not used to? I plan on taking notes so your pet has the best care possible.
A typical day
The trails around here (and the surrounding areas of Long Lake/Orono!) have plenty of trails that I'm happy to take advantage of with your critter. Stimulus is needed to keep anyone happy and I take that into consideration when I meet you and your pet. I'll ask about their routine, favorite toys, and any special needs they may have when out and about with me.

Availability
I work full time, but have long weekends and I'd love to spend time with your animal friends. I came from an Iowa farm and received education in livestock and participated in 4H (projects, workshops, livestock shows, etc). I am comfortable with multiple species and also have experience with geriatric pets and administering/scheduling meds. Your pet's routine is important to me and I'm willing to work to keep them safe, happy, and healthy!
