Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs (and cats, chickens, rabbits, and more :) ), and cannot imagine life without a four-legged best friend in my life. I have plenty of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments, and would love to care for your pup while you're away! I recently had to say goodbye to my pup Henry, who was an active australian shepard/lab mix. I'm going through serious dog withdrawal, and would love to share some love with your pup! I went through an extensive dog behavioral program with Henry, so I am comfortable with dogs that may have special needs. I am also very active, and enjoy regular oceanside walks through Palisades Park - l'd love to bring your pup along!

Jess was great with Ivie! She gave updates and pictures everyday and I can tell Ivie had a great time.
Jess has watched my dogs many times and always does an amazing job! She is responsible, understanding, and very responsive. She can handle the curveballs of pet watching- one of my fur babies got really sick after drop off and she handled it like a champ! Another one of my dogs is elderly and Jess is patient, gentle and kind with her (even when she has the occasional indoor accident). I always get lots of updates and photos, which I really appreciate. My dogs absolutely love her, get excited when they can spend time with her, and I always have peace of mind when they are in her care. Thanks Jess ♥️
Jess is the best dog mom! She is highly active and will take the dogs on walks, hikes, bike rides and more! She has lots of love to give and will be an incredibly loving and responsible dog sitter. Jess adopted Henry, a rescue pup, about a year ago and takes the best care of her boy.

I do not have any other pets, so your furry friend will have my undivided attention.My home is very clean and organized (I'm an interior designer), free of any pet hazards. I unfortunately do not have a backyard, but live walking distance to Palisades Park, where your dog can enjoy miles of leashed outdoor fun. I also offer drop-in visits and house sitting, if your pup would prefer to stay in the comfort of their own home.

A typical day
I typically start and end my day with a stroll to the park, where your dog can enjoy plenty of ourdoor sniffs and sights. We will also play games, keep active, and relax as much as they'd like.

Availability
I have a hybrid work schedule, with flexible office hours (roughly 9-5 Mon-Fri). I am always available for walks in the mornings and evenings, and often mid-day walks depending on my weekly work schedule. I also enjoy hikes on the weekends, and prefer to be outdoors and active as much as possible.
