Pet care experience
I've always had more than one pet in my family (currently I have four large ones!) and you'll be comforted to know that I'm very reliable. I have grown up with dogs of all sizes and as an adult have had as many as seven (Labs & Boxers) indoor dogs. I have also taken care of neighbors homes and dogs while they are away on vacation and have been very active as a foster parent for several rescue organizations. In addition to taking care of your dogs while you're away, I'm also available to take care of fish, hamsters, mice, and other creatures or perhaps you just need someone to bring in your mail and ensure your home has that lived in look? I'm excited to meet you and learning more about your needs and how to care for your pets while you're away.

Jerry is absolutely fabulous! He is so good with our dog, Stella! She just loves him! He takes time to play with her and sends adorable pictures. Jerry is meticulous about the details of the visit. Jerry is absolutely fabulous! He is so kind and caring and truly has a love for dogs! He even came out to meet our puppy before the scheduled visit! My pets currently have the run of our house except for our puppy who is crated when we leave and at night. Otherwise, once a pet is housebroken and trusted not to chew, they are free to walk around the house and yard as they please. We also have a pool for supervised swimming lessons and playtime.

I'm eager to learn more about your pets and their habits and any concerns you may have. I know it is difficult to be away from your pets and learning the most I can prior to your departure is important; when they eat, where they sleep, how I will know they are stressed, what treats they prefer, and if they prefer to play ball or go for a walk to get some exercise are just a few questions we will go over when we meet.
A typical day
Playing games and going for a walk is a great way to stimulate your pet physically and mentally. Also bonding time is important so that they know I'm there to take care of them in your absence.

Availability
I'm retired and love animals and have time to care for your pets. If its just a drop in visit to play with them and let them out to potty or you'd prefer me to take your pet for a walk, I'm just the person for the job and very reliable too.
