I am retired and like to get out for a walk or run every day. I am not a pet parent myself but have cared for/walked/dog sat friends' and relatives' pets for years when they needed a hand and most recently have been working through Rover. Dogs seem to warm up to me quickly. I can adapt to a dog that needs a brisk walk/run or a "chill dog" that just needs to get outside for a slow walk & exploring. I have a very flexible schedule so you let me know what you need and I likely can make it work. I am a flex-commuter (bike/metro/car) so I have limited my service area but can expand it slightly if necessary. I was a trades worker for 30 years and have owned rental property so as far as the house sitting is concerned you will also be in good hands.
