Ruby was not happy when I picked her up. She does not like being left alone. It’s partly my fault for not making that clear. I choose doggy day care so she is not distressed by being alone. I could have left her home alone. Communication was difficult. I think Rover is a place for people that put animal care as a priority not just a side hustle.

Jerry came a half hour late. He barely interacted with our dogs when he arrived and did not display behavior that you would expect from a dog lover. When we got home, our dogs acted the same as if they are left in their crates too long. I did not feel like we got the services we asked and paid for.
