Pet care experience
I got my first dog when I was 16, a pug/jack-russel mutt that I raised and trained single-handedly. She got me through some hard times, and I got really good at the non-verbal communication that dogs love. Since then, dogs are often drawn to me even when their owners insist that they don’t like strangers.

LOVE LOVE having Jerron walk

Jerron took great care of of my doggies, administered the allergy medicine, and it was very responsive and nice.

I have a small fenced front yard that is secure for all sizes of dog, in a very safe suburb. In addition, there’s a larger grassy area with trees and shrubbery where I take my dog to run around. There’s a cat and a dog here, both 100% friendly and harmless. They can be sequestered to my room if needed, or they can entertain your pup for hours. If you want me to keep your dog off the furniture I’m happy to do that, my dog is allowed but she likes the floor because it’s cooler.

Let me know how friendly your dog is with other animals and people, as well as any special needs. It’s my preference that the dogs I care for be friendly and relaxed with other dogs and cats, but I don’t expect them to be super chill at all times. My house is large enough for several pets to have their own space.
A typical day
I walk at least twice a day and often take dogs hiking in the woods near JPL. I play tag and hide-and-seek with Emma, as well as fetch with tennis balls of course. I give dogs attention whenever they need it!

Availability
I’m currently working from home with completely flexible hours, and my work is easy to take along if I need to dog-sit on site. I hate sitting down as much as my work requires so it just makes sense to add dog walking and sitting into my day.
