Hi! My name is Jerrica, and I would be honored to keep your furry friend safe, entertained, and cared for while you are away! I'm a responsible, 34 year-old, graduate student at the UMKC School of Medicine, and right now I am studying from home. This means I can provide LOTS of play time and personal attention for your best friend. I have lots of experience with a range of personalities and more challenging cases. I've provided long-term boarding for a blind dog, cared for senior animals, pets with multiple allergies, anxious animals, and pets needing daily medications. No sweat! I have a giant yard, completely surrounded by a 6' fence (including gated driveway), so you can be sure your dog will be safe while we're outside playing. I offer services for cats as well as dogs. I've been called a cat whisperer more than once in my life. I own two rescue cats: in typical cat fashion, they have dominion over an entire floor of the house. They have their own space when I have furry visitors; they prefer it that way, and I abide! I've relied on pet-sitting services in the past, so I know how nerve-racking the process can be. Whatever my clients need to feel comfortable -- whether that's lots of pooch selfies, daily text updates, or anything else! -- I will gladly provide. If your furry friend does better on their own turf, I am more than happy to drop in and provide food, litter box changes, energetic walks, ear scritches, belly rubs, lots of play, and all-around love. I am available for overnight pet-sitting in your home, as well, for only a few dollars extra.
