I bought my car to accommodate my dogs so suffice it to say that I'm a little obsessed. I've raised three dogs from puppies and actually raised kittens to be dog friendly. I love to cook and make treats for my dogs, and on any given day you will see me surrounded by animals in the kitchen. (I can make treats for kitties too!) I have experience bathing dogs and trimming nails, but not fur, except between toes, haha. I love to keep things organic to avoid bad reactions to certain soaps and such, Mathis, a Lab Chow I watch and am currently being cuddled by, is allergic to a lot of soaps and has very sensitive skin, so a lot of my in-home products are oatmeal, no scent, type things. If your dog is of a heartier constitution, I have a couple dog perfumes to make it smell like they did NOT wallow in a creek during their visit. I've worked with dogs who have a variety of personalities and challenges, everything from dog aggressive dogs, to hyperactive herding dogs, to dogs with separation anxiety. My older dogs clients, Max and Mathias (pictures on the profile) both have medical conditions so I am well versed in giving medicines and doing adjusted workouts for special needs dogs. I have one dog at home now and she is a terrier mix who just wants to play and be your dogs' best friend. Zenobia loves to have friends over and is extremely dog friendly. She was a rescue so I have a lot experience and can empathize with getting a dog with a big ? in their file. It's an adventure and I've learned to roll with the punches and get her socialized ASAP, so she's happy to help your dog through the same!
