I will not be using her in the future secondary to her unreliability and would strongly suggest rethinking if you’re considering it unless you like paying for services that clearly are not provided. I moved to town for work and was looking for a dog walker to complete a 30 minute walk with my 1.5 year old and 12 week old pups anytime between 11-1 M-F since I would be at work. Jeri did not adhear to the agreement in the slightest. Within the week M-Th she completed 2 documented walks of 18 minutes long, one walk she claimes happened but there was no documentation with in the rover app (however, she did at least go to my apt that day since the leashes were moved and the pups were given their treat), walked them outside of the agreed upon time frame and one day she did not show up to walk them at all.

Jeri, thank you so much for the wonderful job you did with Rudy. He always has a difficult time when I am away, and won’t leave my side when I come home. He was so at ease with you, that I feel comfortable when I have to leave now. Thank you again!!! Rudy and I look forward to seeing you very soon.
