Hi there, I'm Jeremy. I'm a 35 year old dog and cat lover originally from Ashland, Oregon. I grew up having dogs all my life, but don't currently have one of my own. I miss having a furry sidekick to walk/jog with, play with, snuggle with, and to keep me company while I work/vice versa, so rest assured your pooch will be well taken care of and loved on! I'm often caught teaching my friends dogs (and even a few cats) to sit, stay, sit up, shake, roll-over, etc.. I've been pet sitting since I was 10 years old, and house sitting since I was 14... first for neighbors under the supervision of my folks, and then on my own throughout my adult life starting at age 16. When friends go out of town, I'm always their first call. Your pets deserve someone who can be there just as much IF NOT MORE than you can when you're at home, to ensure that they are calm and well taken care of in your absence. This is one of the many areas I stand out. I understand that some pets have separation anxiety when their owners leave town, and take pride in being able to connect quickly with animals to make them feel safe, seen, and cared for. I'm also more than happy to do what I can to take care of your home in your absence - bring in mail, water plants/garden, etc.

Jeremy is top-notch! We have two big, reactive dogs and Jeremy was super respectful and understanding of their needs both in the house and on walks. He kept us in the loop, sent daily photos, and left our house super clean. We could tell the pups were tuckered out after a few days of great walks and awesome hangs with Jeremy. Thanks for watching our two mini Australian Shepherds while we were away for a weekend! We appreciate that you werent deterred by their hyper disposition. It can be changing to find a sitter who is willing to take care of active dogs. Jeremy kept our dogs fed, hydrated, and administered medication to one of the dogs as requested. The house looked the same as when we left it and he cleaned out the dirty doggy dishes which wasn't necessary but appreciated. Thanks again for your help!

Is your dog well trained, and if so what specific commands do you prefer me to use when carrying for them?
A typical day
While taking care of your pet(s) I will spoil them with love and attention and keep them company throughout the stay. They may not even notice you've left! They'll be sure to get plenty of pats, pets, hugs, squeezes, and snuggle time, and I'll be sure to break out their favorite toys to play with them and take them for walks or runs if you'd like. If you're OK with my taking them out for longer hikes to help them get exercise and burn off some energy, I can do that too!

Availability
I work full-time from home and 100% control my own schedule. This means I'm able to give your pets as much attention as they have energy for throughout the day, including multiple walks and play sessions! My wife also works from home, and often joins me during my house sits (as long as you are ok with it), so when you book with me, you and your pets will often get a two for one deal! This means they will hardly ever be alone, and get twice the love, pets, and play! Together, we are able to give your pets the extra love and attention they need and deserve at a level that can't be matched!
