Well, let me start by saying I hope everything is ok with Jeremiah. On the event that he's all good then.... We scheduled the appointment several weeks in advance. I reached out to Jeremiah for sitting and he agreed but then informed me that his new address was beyond I was willing to drive. He offered to come pick up and drop off our dog, so I eagerly agreed. The night before the scheduled pickup I emailed my address and also wanted to confirm pickup time, even though it was already booked via Rover. I got no response. It was Christmas so I figured he was occupied but expected to see him at scheduled pick up time of 7am. I emailed again at 6am day of pick, texted, and called. No answer. Called again and someone picked up, there was some fumbling, then the person hung up. All subsequent calls went directly to voicemail. We were leaving out of town and ended up taking our dog with us. Fortunately we were able to do this. However, this easily could've been a nightmare. To this day Jeremiah has not reached out nor apologized. Consider yourself warned. If you are flexible enough to deal with possible know show then you might also want to question how responsible can this guy be. I gave one star because its the holiday season.

Jeremiah is a really good guy and great with dogs. He pays close attention to things and will not lose track of your dog! He makes me laugh a lot and I'm sure he can get the dogs laughing too.
