Pet care experience
I am a lifelong dog lover and will walk and play with your dog during the day while you are at work. I grew up with dogs, horses, goats and cows and as an adult I have raised one African Clawed Frog, one hamster, two cats and three dogs. We currently have two dogs at home and I consider our dogs as part of our family. When my human kids were young I owned and in home daycare and now that my kids are older I would love to take care of your fur babies while you are at work. I will feed, walk and play with them so they aren't lonely and so that you can rest assured that they are happy while you are at work. I have a dog with anxiety so I know how to be patient and how to earn their trust. I don't mind administering medicines in pill form if needed. Puppies welcome!

Je're always does such a great job with our crazy poodle!
I have known Je're for many years and have used her numerous times for my cats and/or dog sitting needs. She always did a fantastic job. I felt better about leaving my fur babies knowing that they would be well taken care of. I have also had the opportunity to see Je're with her own dogs. You can tell by her interaction with them that she truly loves and enjoys animals. Her dogs are also well mannered, more so than my own dog, lol, so I know she spends time with them. Without hesitation I would recommend Je're and plan to continue to do so myself if the need should arise.
I have known Je’re since she was a teenager and she has always been great with all types of animals. I am currently a very busy single mom with three human children and one fur baby. My 1 year old doxie-pin Antionais, is crated during the day while I am at work and the kids are at school. I hate that he is in a crate for long periods of time so I have Je’re come over and take him out around lunch time when it fits into her schedule for about 15-30 min a day, sometimes longer depending on the weather. Since Je’re has been coming over I’ve noticed that Antionais is a lot calmer when we get home in the evening and sleeps much better at night. For a real fun treat Je’re will bring her two fur babies, Neeka and Ryder, over for a play date. Antionais really loves those days!! Je’re’s love of animals is unparalleled to most. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dog walker that will add not just exercise to their canine’s life but happiness too!

I don't have any experience with dogs in heat and would prefer not to walk dogs who are currently in heat as the risks are too big. I would like to know if the dog has a history of biting. I have a dog with anxiety so I know to be patient and I know how important it is to earn their trust. I have been in Alaska most of my life and am used to the weather so walking in the cold and snow is not a problem however I do believe it may not be healthy to walk dogs when it is below 15 degrees. We can make that a judgment call between the two of us if the problem arises. If it does, I am willing to play with your dog inside instead.
A typical day
I will walk your dogs and play any games they like to play. I don't have formal obedience training other than puppy classes and research I have done on my own but I will be happy to work with your dogs on basic training like sit, stay, down etc. I would also love to work with your dog if you have an established training schedule with instructions.
