Pet care experience
I grew up with small and large dogs and different kinds of kitty cats. I love big dogs. I love small dogs. I love all dogs, and I don't believe there are any bad dogs. With my own animals over the years, I've read and learned a lot about behavior and training, have dealt with animals with anxiety to help them overcome it, and even trained cats to calmly endure baths and car rides.

I'm not a whisperer, but I do like reading up on breeds and personalities and different kinds of training or techniques to use to help animals communicate with us humans. I prefer to develop verbal interaction with dogs, especially when they're on a leash, so that there's minimal amounts of physical pulling, tugging or redirecting - it's worked quite well on even some rather independently-minded breeds so far. I mention my affinity as well for cats because I do offer cat care for house visits as available.

structured play time, free play, lounge hour, feeding times, gardening time, finding the perfect buddy to hang with, staying cool on hot days indoors or in dog pool, staying warm on cold days with movie and story time
