No breed preferences; however, minimal to non-shedding would be preferable as there is one person in my household who has mild pet allergies. Additionally, while I do not have first aid/CPR specific to dogs, I work in the healthcare field and have a retired family physician in my household, should something happen. If your dog has medical or other special needs, I would simply ask to be shown how to administer oral medication or injected medication, as needed, or to be provided with the relevant information to properly care for your pet.
