Hi fellow crazy dog parent, Let me tell you a little about myself. I’m a full-time stay at home puppy mom to 7 beautiful children. They are 4 beagles, 1 mini dachshund, GSD and a big dopey Great Dane. I also have a large cat that thinks he is a dog and a small Tabby. I decided years ago I did not like being away from my dogs for more than an hour. I quit my job and started dog sitting full-time. So, now I am doing what I love taking care of puppers everyday! I grew up with a whole boat load of different animals ranging from rodents to turkeys. I’ve always had more than 5 pets in the house at once. I was so happy to revolve my whole life around dogs. Now let me tell you about my work. As I said before this is full-time dog sitting. I’m pretty much home all day, everyday. If, I have to be gone for more than 4 hours I have someone come and sit at the house to watch the pups while I’m gone. I have a fully fenced in yard that is 6ft high. I do take on up to 5 extra pups at a time so that means up to 12 at some points. I do this because my 7 kids don’t require much of my care. They tend to want to be outside most of the day and come in to sleep and eat. If, you are not comfortable with that I’m not the sitter for you. When I do leave the house all dogs have to be separated (unless the came together). So, this means if your pup is crated, I will be crating them while I’m not home. If, you don’t crate the pup I will not crate them and just put them in a room that is gated off. I love to go on runs and walks. If your pup likes either I’ll gladly take them with! When the weather forbids I leave my back door open all day so the dogs can go in and out as they please. I don’t have regular potty breaks. If, they go to the door, I let them out. If they come to the door, I let them in. I have a puppy pool set up for hot days as well. What I need from you when your pup comes here is food (and medication if on any) and that’s it. I DO NOT allow you to bring crates, toys, bowls or beds. I provide all of this! Even the sweetest dogs that love being around other dogs get aggressive over their own things when you put them in a different environment. Flea and tick is a MUST. If, you drop your pup off and don’t have that on them, I will put something on them for you. Things I need written down prior to the stay is the vet they go to, any medications or medical conditions, how much they eat and 2 emergency contact numbers. I also would love to know the little things that you don’t think are important. I like to know if they do well in the car, if they are afraid of anything like thunder or if they do well around new people. A meet and greet is a must before all stays. For the safety of my dogs and yours I have to make sure I’m a good fit for them. I hope that this gives you enough information to know if I’m a possible match for your kid! Pick-up/drop-off times: I'm extremely flexible. However when you give me a time to pick-up or drop-off your pup please try and stick to it. When you are late you are impinging on other pups times. I plan my entire day around when you say you will be here. If you are late you could be making me late to go let someone's dog out or making so I can't take other pups to the dog park. Please make sure you are on time.
