I have a few preferences, mainly based on dogs that I have had or dogs that got a special place in my heart because of work and them pet sitting. I love all small breeds, especially poodles, maltese, king charles cavalier...etc. it's hard to pick a favorite. I am also a huge lover of golden retrievers and have had extensive experience working with senior pets.

I am in an apartment, so I do not have a fenced in area, so all dogs need to do well on leashed walks. I can also take them to local dog parks with me. They are allowed at my work, where they will get a ton of extra attention and treats while they can hang out by my desk. I let any of them sleep I'm the bed if they like....I have often had only a corner to sleep on with pets on the bed. Must be good with my small, very submissive and easy going dog, and easy going cat.
