I love interacting with dogs. I've always appreciated the beauty and fun-loving nature of animals. My family always had dogs and cats when I was a child and throughout those years I learned a lot about the privilege and responsibility of caring for dogs. Whether we were frolicking at the beach, venturing into the woods, or playing at the park with our dog Happy, I observed and helped create safe and enjoyable experiences for him. I have also shared a home, car, and tons of recreation with a Labrador Retriever - he taught me the joys of running in snow. Currently, my parents have two young dogs and my brother has a Chihuahua/terrier mix. I love playing with all of the family dogs. Sometimes I help my mom take her dogs to veterinary check up appointments or to the groomers. I also often care for Roxy - my brother's dog when he and his family are away. She is sweet and loves to both run or play with toys and cuddle. I look forward to spending more fun adventures with dogs out in the community or in my home since I have a very open schedule.
