Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give pets the time, attention, and love they need throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, midday play sessions, or winding down with evening cuddles, I build my day around the dogs in my care. I’m super intentional about keeping a calm, structured, and loving environment — so your pet’s routine becomes part of mine, seamlessly.

Safety, trust & environment

Whether a dog is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs, I always prioritize a calm, clean, and secure environment. In my home, dogs have designated cozy spaces to relax, constant supervision, and absolutely zero access to anything that could put them at risk. I keep my place tidy, dog-friendly, and peaceful — no chaos, just good energy and tail wags. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat the space with deep respect and follow every instruction to the letter — feeding, crate time, meds, routines — all of it. I always check gates, doors, and anything else that could affect a pet’s safety. I believe in clear communication, gentle leadership, and building trust through consistency and affection. Every dog is different, and I take the time to understand their needs so they feel secure, seen, and fully cared for — wherever they are

Information Jenning B. would like to know about your pet

Before caring for any pet, I need to know all the details — no surprises. I ask about temperament, routines, medical needs, triggers, and how they interact with other animals and people. Cleanliness matters too — I expect all pets to be well-groomed and up to date on vaccines, flea/tick prevention, and house-trained (or crate-trained if they’re still learning). This helps me make sure my home stays safe, clean, and peaceful for everyone — including my own dog. I do not accept aggressive or reactive pets, and I reserve the right to decline a booking if I feel it’s not the right fit. My priority is keeping a calm, happy environment where your pet can truly feel at ease — and that starts with full transparency.

A typical day

A typical day in my home is all about comfort, care, and connection — tailored to your dog’s needs. We start the day with a peaceful morning walk to get out that energy and set the tone. Then it’s breakfast time, fresh water, and a little play or cuddle session before settling into a cozy mid-morning nap (yes, I play soft music and keep the vibes calm). Throughout the day, I alternate between structured activity — like short walks, enrichment games, or toy time — and rest. I work from home, so your dog is never left alone or unattended. They get attention, companionship, and a rhythm that keeps them grounded and happy. In the evenings, we wind down with one last walk, a little sunset people-watching, and then relaxing time inside — belly rubs, couch snuggles (if allowed), and lots of love. I keep everything clean, calm, and safe. This isn’t just dog sitting — it’s a home away from home.

Pet care experience

Hi, I’m Jenning — your dog’s new favorite human 🐾✨ I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years — from bouncy puppies to sweet seniors and everything in between. I’m that person who stops mid-conversation to greet a dog on the street, no shame. Whether your pup needs a long walk, some TLC while you’re away, or just a familiar face to help ease separation anxiety, I’m your girl. I live in a beautiful, pet-friendly apartment in Wilmington, DE with my own sweet dog (a total angel), and I treat every dog that comes into my space like family. Think cozy vibes, lots of affection, and a whole lot of tail wags. I work from home most days, so I’m fully present for the pups in my care. I’m also big on structure and communication — you’ll get regular updates, pics, and total peace of mind knowing your dog is safe, loved, and thriving.I’ve handled all types of breeds, temperaments, and special needs. High-energy? Let’s run it out. Shy and sensitive? I’ll sit with them until they’re ready. I’m here to make sure your dog feels at home, even when you’re not. Let’s get your pup on my calendar. I can’t wait to meet your fur baby.

Jeanin was amazing during teddy’s entire stay, pampered our puppy and sent my little girl on going videos without us asking a great communicator , it our first time to leave our puppy with anyone but she sure made it so easy! Thank you so much for being awsome:)

Jenning is amazing! From the time I reached out she was responsive and quickly accepted my request for last minute daycare. She was so patient and kind when we arrived and took my pup out on a walk right after I left and sent a photo of him within the first 30 minutes. I think I had more seperation anxiety thamy dog. When I checked in she responded promptly, assured me he was doing great, and shared pictures from their afternoon hike. I will definitely reach out to her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take excellent care of your fur baby!

Jenning was communicative, responsible, and sent regular updates (including the cutest photos). I came home to a happy, calm pup who had clearly been well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jenning again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kind dog sitter!
