Hello 👋, my name is Jennifer and I live in Victoria. **After 14 years we had to say goodbye to Abby (Dec 2023). I'm available for boarding I have been taking care of dogs for years. I would be happy to care for your dog at my home. I live in a suburban area with walking trails, a dog park and Beach access. I am conscientious and safety focused. My home is calm, clean and secure. I have experience with senior dogs and administering medication several times a day to dogs. I look forward to connecting with you to discuss your needs and to come up with a plan to ensure your dog is well taken care of. My preference is to only take 1 dog at a time, to ensure safety and lots of attention. Happy to provide references and answer any questions.

Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. I've never felt more comfortable leaving my pup with someone- her house is very dog friendly, she takes him for so many nice long walks, and has a nice backyard for playtime. Jennifer is clearly dedicated to providing a safe and caring environment for the dogs that she looks after. Jennifer sends updates to let us know things are going well, and always responds promptly to any communication. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for someone to care for their fur baby!
Jennifer was fantastic with our pup! She sent regular updates and lots of pictures. This was our first time using Roover and it was a wonderful experience!
Our dog had a great stay with Jennifer. He was recovering still from surgery and she took great care of him and was very attentive to his needs. We loved getting the updates as well. We would definitely recommend her to anyone ?

We have a fully enclosed, fenced yard with grass. Dogs are able to freely move inside the house and often choose to stay in the front family room or upstairs rec room where there are dog beds and couches.

My dog, Abby, passed Dec 2023 and I don't have another dog. Most dogs discover Abby's window bench, which she always shares with doggy friends. There, the dogs can look out onto the street watching wildlife and passers by.
A typical day
A typical day involves waking up, going outside and having a bathroom break, feeding time, and an early morning walk. After the walk a siesta and treats in moderation. Midday we will visit the backyard to stretch our legs and play, followed later on by dinner and an evening walk.

Availability
Flexible schedule depending on needs and energy levels. Our usual plan is morning walk, lunch hour walk (the big one 5km) and pre-dinner walk (50min). Back yard ball play as needed.
