I have worked with Jennifer for ten years after I adopted my dogs, Stryder and Smeagol. When I first met Jennifer, I liked her right away because of her calm demeanor specifically around Stryder who has anxiety issues. She consistently worked with Stryder to reduce his anxiety to the point where he is no longer scared of people or noises on his walks. I also liked that Jennifer was able to manage walking both of my dogs at once, which is not an easy feat. Since I have known Jennifer, I have found her to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. She is also very accommodating with changes in my schedule and always replies promptly to my texts or phone messages. Jennifer goes above and beyond with her work and I feel she truly cares about animals and their well-being. My family and I would highly recommend Jennifer.
